35 Then I will lead you into the wilderness of the peoples, and there I will bring you to judgment face to face. 36 As I judged your ancestors in the Desert[a] of Egypt, so will I judge you, says the Lord God. 37 I will make you pass under the staff and bring you into the bond of the covenant.
